(ESP) TERMINOS AND CONDITIONS – Jazz.it Barcelona Dance Festival
1.- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1.- This document establishes the terms and conditions (hereinafter, “T&C”) that
regulate participation in the jazz dance festival Jazz.it Barcelona Jazz Festival (en
adelante, referred to indistinctly as “Jazz·it” or the “Festival”).
1.2.- Registration and participation in the Festival implies full acceptance of these
T&C.2.- THE ORGANIZER
The Organizer of the Jazz·it Barcelona Dance Festival is Slam Dancing Productions SL, con

01915263 (hereinafter, referred to interchangeably as “SLAM DANCING” or the “Organizer”)3. OF THE FESTIVAL
Jazz·it is a jazz dance festival where great international teachers in the discipline of
Jazz come to Barcelona to give classes and seminars, lead talks and lead rehearsals
choreographies, organized by SLAM DANCING, which will take place on March 21 to 23 and 14
April 17, 2025 in Barcelona, ​​Calle Balmes 129, 08008.4.- OF THE PARTICIPANTS
4.1.- Any person with residence or legal stay in Spain will be able to participate in Jazz.it
that meet the physical and psychological conditions suitable to participate in classes and seminars
of intermediate or advanced jazz dance, and according to the following detail:
a) All participants must have a minimum intermediate level of jazz dance para
be able to participate in the Festival.
b) Participants from 10 years of age and up to 16 years of age
they will only be able to participate in intermediate jazz dance classes.
c) Participants over the age of 16 may participate as much
in intermediate and advanced level classes.
d) Children under the age of 10 cannot participate in the festival.
4.2.- For participants who are minors or legally incapacitated, the
mandatory written authorization from parents, guardians or legal representatives, as well as a
responsible to accompany them, supervise and take responsibility for their well-being and safety.
4.3.- Participation in the Festival is prohibited, especially in classes, when not
meet the appropriate physical and/or psychological conditions for this. 5.- REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS

5.2.- Participants can pay by bank transfer or online,

5.3.- Payment will be required to reserve a place with the right to participate in the Festival

for the scheduled activity contracted by the participant, they will not be returned or reintegrated in

6.1.- Participants undertake to:
a) Follow the indications and instructions of the Jazz·it staff at all times
guarantee the good functioning of the festival and the safety and well-being of all
participants, teachers and staff of the Festival.
b) Respect the facilities and equipment of the Festival.
c) Maintain respectful behavior and in accordance with legality and customs.
d) Participate in the classes and activities of the Festival with the appropriate clothing for the activity
dance
e) Identify yourself with a valid official identity document to access the facilities.
6.2.- Access to the classroom is prohibited ten minutes after the scheduled start time of
the class, unless expressly authorized by the Jazz.it staff.
6.3.- It is forbidden to make any type of video or audio recording in the classrooms, except
express authorization of the Jazz.it staff.
6.4.- The use of mobile phones or similar is prohibited in the classrooms during classes, which
must remain switched off at all times. 7.- RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1.- SLAM DANCING is not responsible for the loss or theft of belongings
