8.- A PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES Y DERECHOS DE IMAGEN.
8.1.- A los efectos de lo previsto en la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección
de Datos Personales y garantía de derechos digitales y el Reglamento Europeo 679/2016 de
Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, SLAM DANCING informa al participante de la
existencia de un fichero automatizado de datos de carácter personal creado por y para dicha
SLAM DANCING y bajo su responsabilidad. Al proporcionar voluntariamente los datos mediante
el proceso de registro como participante o mediante cualquier otro medio (incluido el correo
electrónico), supone el consentimiento del participante, por sí mismo o por medio de padres,
tutores o representantes legales, caso de ser menor de edad o incapacitado, para que SLAM
DANCING, por si misma o a través de otras entidades traten los datos de carácter personal
facilitados para: (i) la gestión o tramitación del Concurso; (ii) información sobre futuros eventos
similares.
8.2.- Los participantes o, en su defecto, madre, padre o tutor legal autorizan a SLAM DANCING
a realizar fotografiás y grabaciones con fines promocionales, así como al uso y reproducción de
las imágenes del participante, captados o grabados durante las actividades organizadas y en
las que el alumno tome participación, por cualquier medio, y a modo meramente enunciativo:

9.- SEGURIDAD Y PROHIBICIONES
Queda prohibido:
– Introducir bebidas alcohólicas.
– Acceder con objetos peligrosos.
– Realizar actividades comerciales no autorizadas
– Acceder con animales.
10.- MODIFICACIONES, CANCELACIONES Y RECLAMACIONES.
10.1.- La Organizadora se reserva el derecho de modificar la programación por causas
justificadas.
10.2.- En caso de cancelación, se aplicará lo dispuesto en los presentes T&C y, en su defecto,
por normativa vigente aplicable
10.3.- Las reclamaciones podrán presentarse conforme a la Ley de Defensa de los
Consumidores y Usuarios.
11. LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN
11.1.- Estos T&C se rigen por la legislación española.
11.2.- Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales que
correspondan según la normativa aplicable.

1.- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1.- This document establishes the terms and conditions (hereinafter «T&C») that
regulate participation in the jazz dance festival Jazz.it Barcelona Jazz Festival (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as «Jazz·it» or the «Festival»).
1.2.- Registration and participation in the Festival implies full acceptance of these
T&C.
2.- THE ORGANIZER
The Organizer of the Jazz·it Barcelona Dance Festival is Slam Dancing Productions SL, with
domicile in Barcelona, Calle Roselló, number 254, 2o 1a, CP 08037, and provided with CIF B-
01915263 (hereinafter, referred to interchangeably as “SLAM DANCING” or the “Organizer”)
Jazz·it is a jazz dance festival where great international teachers in the discipline of Jazz come to Barcelona to teach classes and seminars, lead talks and direct choreographic
rehearsals, organized by SLAM DANCING, which will take place on March 21-23 and April 14-17, 2025 in Barcelona, Calle Balmes 129, 08008.
4.- OF THE PARTICIPANTS
4.1.- Anyone can participate in Jazz.it with legal residence or stay in Spain
who meet the appropriate physical and mental conditions to participate in intermediate or advanced level jazz dance classes and seminars, and according to the following details:

4.2.- For minors or legally incapacitated participants, the mandatory written authorization of parents, guardians or legal representatives will be required, as well as a

4.3.- Participation in the Festival, especially in classes, is prohibited if the appropriate physical and/or mental conditions are not met.
5.- REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
5.1 Participants may register through the website or […] until the […] or
until the available places are filled.
5.2.- Participants may make payment by bank transfer or through the website,
choosing an option from the beginning.
5.3.- To reserve a place with the right to participate in the Festival, a minimum payment of 50% of the total amount that gives the right to participate in the Festival will be necessary.
5.4.- The amounts paid by the participants, and given that they entail the reservation of a place
for the scheduled activity contracted by the participant, will not be returned or reimbursed in
any case, except when the activities are cancelled for reasons attributable to the
Organizer.
6.- OPERATION OF THE FESTIVAL
6.1.- Participants are obliged to:

except with express authorization from Jazz.it staff.
6.3.- Any type of video or audio recording is prohibited in the classrooms, except with
express authorization from Jazz.it staff.
6.4.- The use of mobile phones or similar devices in the classrooms during classes is prohibited, and
they must remain switched off at all times.
7.- RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1.- SLAM DANCING is not responsible for the loss or theft of the belongings of
participants, who are solely responsible for controlling and ensuring the safety of their
personal belongings and objects.
7.2.- SLAM DANCING is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by third parties.
7.3.- SLAM DANCING is not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure.
8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND IMAGE RIGHTS.
8.1.- For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection
of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights and European Regulation 679/2016 on the
Protection of Personal Data, SLAM DANCING informs the participant of the
existence of an automated file of personal data created by and for said
SLAM DANCING and under its responsibility. By voluntarily providing the data through
the registration process as a participant or through any other means (including
e-mail), it implies the consent of the participant, by himself or through parents,
guardians or legal representatives, in the case of being a minor or incapacitated, for SLAM
DANCING, by itself or through other entities, to process the personal data
provided for: (i) the management or processing of the Contest; (ii) information about future similar events.
8.2.- The participants or, failing that, their mother, father or legal guardian authorize SLAM DANCING
to take photographs and recordings for promotional purposes, as well as to use and reproduce
the images of the participant, captured or recorded during the activities organized and in
which the student takes part, by any means, and merely as an example:
JAZZ·IT official website, Television, Video, Written Press, Internet, Exhibitions, Noticeboards, etc.
9.- SECURITY AND PROHIBITIONS
It is prohibited:
Bringing alcoholic beverages.
Entering with dangerous objects.
Carrying out unauthorized commercial activities
Entering with animals.
10.- MODIFICATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND COMPLAINTS.
10.1.- The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program for justified reasons.
10.2.- In the event of cancellation, the provisions of these T&C will apply and, failing that, the applicable regulations in force

11.1.- These T&C are governed by Spanish law.
11.2.- For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that
correspond according to the applicable regulations.
